Serve as a full-time Associate Pastor at Bethel CRC, strengthening discipleship and connecting meaningfully with youth and young families.
This Associate Pastor will serve within Bethel CRC's ministry team and shepherd a congregation of approximately 350 members. The successful candidate will preach occasionally, engage the broader community with the gospel, and help the next generation grow in faith. The role calls for biblically grounded, engaging teaching.
Key Responsibilities:
- Shepherd Bethel CRC's congregation as part of the ministry team
- Preach on occasion with biblical grounding and engaging delivery
- Strengthen discipleship throughout the congregation
- Engage the broader community with the gospel
- Help youth and young families grow in faith
Requirements:
- Spiritual maturity and biblical grounding
- Emotional health, humility, and teachability
- Relational, trustworthy, competent, and team-oriented character
- Genuine calling to shepherd people within the broader community
- M.Div. or equivalent and Reformed theological training preferred
