Reporting to the Director, Software Development, Geoscience, you will lead teams delivering scalable, secure, high-quality software solutions. Translate strategic objectives into actionable roadmaps while balancing innovation, technical debt, and business continuity. Collaborate across architecture, cloud infrastructure, SRE, security, applications, Product Management, and Product Design. Key Responsibilities:
Build and guide high-performing technical teams Translate strategic goals into development roadmaps Embed security, compliance, and SRE practices Monitor resourcing, capability, and people dependencies Lead developer experience and operational improvement initiatives Requirements:
Ten or more years of software engineering experience At least three years leading teams directly or indirectly Experience with agile development methodologies Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Flexibility across global time zones and occasional Tier 3 support Apply software engineering leadership, roadmap planning, and cross-functional collaboration to advance Seequent’s Geophysics technology.
