  • Surface actionable insights and recommendations from “on the ground” observations to leadership to drive organization-wide improvements.
  • Design and implement lightweight frameworks, guidelines, and processes that improve effectiveness and efficiency (with a strong “minimum viable process” mindset).
  • Scale empowered, agile ways of working across multiple teams by sharing insights, patterns, and best practices in impactful ways.
  • Ensure teams are using product and delivery tooling effectively to promote transparency, alignment, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Provide hands‐on coaching, training, and facilitation to product teams and leaders as needed.
  • Support teams and leaders with OKR planning, decision-making, and outcome measurement.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement and support the adoption of practices that enable learning and adaptability.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience working with cross‐functional product teams.
  • Background in product operations or similar roles; experience as a Product Manager, Engineer, or Designer is a strong plus.
  • Comfort with product and delivery tooling (experience with Aha! and/or Azure DevOps is a bonus).
  • Strong facilitation skills, including experience with conflict resolution, group dynamics, and working across diverse personality styles.
  • Ability to observe team dynamics objectively and provide thoughtful, constructive, and sometimes challenging feedback.
  • Proven experience driving cultural and behavioral change through agile mindsets and best‐practice adoption.
  • Natural connector who can synthesize diverse inputs, align stakeholders, and help teams find a clear path forward.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to positively influence teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Strong problem‐solving skills and the ability to thrive in fast‐paced, evolving environments.
