This experienced Project Coordinator supports the Yard and Charge Management Solution Program within an established technology Project Management Office. The work spans financial administration, governance, procurement, scheduling, documentation, and stakeholder communications. You will report to a Senior Project Manager while coordinating technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate integrated program plans, schedules, milestones, risks, and resource requirements
- Track budgets, expenditures, forecasts, burn rates, and financial variances
- Prepare governance documents, status reports, meeting materials, and action registers
- Coordinate vendors, procurement activities, contracts, deliverables, and compliance concerns
- Support onboarding, offboarding, equipment setup, access permissions, and documentation
Requirements:
- Seven or more years coordinating IT programs and projects
- Experience supporting enterprise technology or IT infrastructure initiatives
- Experience with project financial administration and formal reporting
- Proficiency with SharePoint, Microsoft Project, Project Online, and OneDrive
- Valid Canadian work visa and strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
