Lead Beltservice Canada’s strategy, financial performance, and operations as Country Manager, guiding growth across the Canadian market and industrial customers. This senior leadership position oversees the Canadian business for Beltservice Corporation, a custom conveyor belting fabricator. You will align Canadian operations with corporate objectives, develop organizational capabilities, and support sustainable growth. The scope includes strategic planning, P&L accountability, sales development, talent leadership, and compliance. Key Responsibilities:
Develop strategies supporting revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion Manage budgets, forecasts, financial plans, and performance indicators Optimize operations, supply chain effectiveness, inventory, and costs Lead sales growth and strategic customer relationships Oversee Canadian compliance, governance, controls, and risk mitigation Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience 10+ years of progressive business leadership experience At least five years in senior or general management Experience managing a Canadian subsidiary or national business Industrial, manufacturing, conveyor, or related B2B experience Bring strategic leadership, P&L management, operational expertise, and customer focus to Beltservice Canada’s national business.
