Lead regional healthcare programs at BQWCHC in Belleville and Quinte West, coordinating Virtual Care, Lung Health, and community services. This is a full-time permanent position.
The Manager of Regional Programs provides leadership, oversight, and operational coordination for BQWCHC services. You will oversee Virtual Care, Lung Health, Lower Limb Preservation, Oral Health, and assigned programs. The role supports measurable outcomes, regional priorities, continuous quality improvement, and collaboration across teams and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Regional Program teams toward programmatic and strategic objectives
- Coordinate service delivery with management and partner organizations
- Monitor budgets, policies, procedures, and operational protocols
- Lead annual planning and performance evaluation activities
- Represent BQWCHC on administrative and planning committees
Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree or college diploma in a health-related field
- Nursing preferred, with three to five years related experience
- Two or more recent years in a leadership role
- Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary medical and allied health teams
- Program development, change management, and quality improvement experience
