Lead Beiersdorf Canada’s supply chain strategy, demand planning, and operations while balancing service, cost, working capital, and risk. As Head of Supply Chain, you will direct end-to-end Canadian operations and operational performance. You will lead Demand Planning, Customer Replenishment and Collaboration, and Value Added Services. The position also oversees inventory, logistics, product changes, and North America service delivery. Key Responsibilities:
Define Canadian strategy, operating plans, and improvement roadmaps Oversee availability, fulfilment, warehousing, transportation, and inventory Lead demand planning objectives and S&OP contributions Direct replenishment, collaboration, VAS, and rework performance Own budgets, forecasts, costs, savings, and investment cases Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant education and experience Typically 10–15 or more years supply chain experience At least five years leading teams and substantial operational scope Experience with demand planning, logistics, inventory, and launches Professional proficiency in French and English Bring matrix leadership, supply chain expertise, and cost discipline to Beiersdorf Canada’s customer-focused operations.
