Build prioritized AI strategies aligned with growth and operational goals Identify use cases and recommend priorities to the ELT Coordinate initiatives, milestones, dependencies, owners, and timelines Embed AI processes into workflows, procedures, and team KPIs Track productivity, revenue impact, adoption, risks, and opportunities Requirements:
Six to eight or more years in business execution roles Two or more years applying AI tools to business problems Hands-on fluency with Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or automation platforms Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and adoption programs Strong process mapping, program management, and stakeholder leadership skills Bring strategic thinking, AI fluency, and structured execution to BKN’s measurable transformation across business functions.
