Waters in Mississauga is seeking a bilingual Customer Service Representative to manage high-volume orders via phone, email, and EDI using SAP. The role is hybrid with four days in the office and one day remote, supporting rapid order processing and customer relationship building.
You will respond to inquiries, coordinate with sales and supply chain, and ensure timely resolutions while maintaining excellent customer service and compliance with Health Canada timelines.
