As a Manager, you will plan and execute Corporate Restructuring engagements involving financial distress, liquidity challenges, and operational underperformance. You will advise companies, lenders, creditors, shareholders, and other stakeholders across formal insolvency and informal turnaround situations. The work includes integrated cash flow models, financial projections, and practical recommendations. Key Responsibilities:
Assess distressed businesses’ financial and operational positions Prepare integrated cash flow models and financial projections Manage engagement planning, priorities, deliverables, and timelines Lead, coach, and develop engagement team members Present analyses and recommendations to senior stakeholders Requirements:
Two-plus years of restructuring or related advisory experience Canadian CPA designation required Working knowledge of BIA and CCAA legislation Strong financial analysis and modelling skills Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency Bring restructuring expertise, financial modelling, and stakeholder communication skills to BDO’s Corporate Restructuring team in Toronto.
