As an Intermediate Associate, you will support Finance & Operations for clients across industries. Your work includes accounting operations, financial statements, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial analysis. You will also help improve processes, communicate progress, and guide junior staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations for varied clients
- Prepare financial statements and client-specific operational metrics
- Post transactions, reconcile accounts, and complete financial records
- Analyze discrepancies and develop solutions with senior accountants
- Improve accounting processes, systems, and financial workflows
Requirements:
- Accounting or Finance undergraduate degree or diploma
- One to three years of accounting experience
- Public accounting or client-service experience ideally
- QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Office proficiency considered an asset
- Ability to work independently and travel to client sites
