As Manager, Dynamics 365 F&O Consulting, you will guide consultants and advise clients through Dynamics 365 F&O Finance implementations. The work includes engagement management, process analysis, functional design, configuration, and service delivery. You will also support recruitment, utilization planning, operational improvement, and practice growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise customers and project teams on Dynamics 365 F&O implementations
- Manage engagements against budget, timeline, and scope
- Mentor consultants through performance and career guidance
- Analyze business needs and streamline customer processes
- Lead proposals, presentations, and new service development
Requirements:
- Minimum five years of Dynamics 365 F&O consulting experience
- Expertise in at least one functional business area
- Experience managing implementations or leading functional consultants
- Process analysis, redesign, and documentation experience
- Functional design, configuration, and financial systems knowledge
