This Account Manager role combines commercial lending responsibilities with business development and portfolio management. You will advise entrepreneurs with sales up to $3M, identify needs, and recommend BDC financing and advisory services. You will also execute a business action plan, retain current clients, acquire new ones, and build a pipeline. Candidates bring a bachelor's degree in finance, commerce, or business administration, plus one to three years of business development experience.
