Drive Health Canada submissions and approvals for BD medical devices as a Staff Regulatory Affairs Specialist, based at the Mississauga Derry Road West location.
This approximately 21-month assignment focuses on regulatory support for market entry and product maintenance. You will prepare device and drug applications, negotiate approvals, and provide regulatory interpretation. The role also supports quality systems, audits, inspections, and cross-functional training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare regulatory submissions for device and drug applications
- Negotiate effective approvals with Health Canada
- Provide regulatory guidance to project teams and leaders
- Maintain quality systems procedures and improvement activities
- Represent BD on regional and external committees
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor of Science degree required
- Regulatory Affairs experience within the medical device industry
- Seven or more years of relevant experience
- Advanced science degree preferred
- Regulatory Affairs postgraduate certificate preferred
