The position combines security operations with front-line customer service. Your work supports telecom and IT infrastructure while coordinating responses to incidents and emergencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor building access and verify credentials
- Manage visitor logs and front-line support
- Conduct patrols and monitor CCTV systems
- Respond to incidents and coordinate emergency services
- Maintain incident reports and documentation
Requirements:
- Experience with CCTV and access control systems
- Strong attention to detail and situational awareness
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- First Aid and CPR certification
- Background check and reliability clearance
