Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and manage security for Hypervisor environments
- Support SVS environments and perform backups
- Plan and execute software updates and OS changes
- Provide input on new system deployments
- Maintain documentation for all systems under management
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience with SVS systems
- Strong understanding of Windows, RHEL, and related technologies
- Familiarity with automation tools like Ansible and PowerShell
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Willing to work in a 24/7 support model
