Your Future Role on Our Team

You’ll serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in high‑pressure steam systems and steam turbines for complex industrial projects in the energy, cogeneration, thermal power plant, mining and heavy industry sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, analyze, and optimize high‑pressure steam systems, including boilers, headers, safety valves, relief systems, and condensate systems.
  • Specify, select, and validate steam turbines (HP/IP/LP), their auxiliaries (lubrication, governing, sealing, vacuum), and the associated control systems.
  • Carry out or oversee thermodynamic studies, including mass and energy balances, efficiency calculations, performance curves, energy optimization, transient scenarios, and start‑ups and shutdowns.
  • Develop, update, and validate operating, start‑up and shutdown, and lockout and tagout procedures for steam and turbine systems.
  • Lead preventive, condition‑based, and corrective maintenance programs (inspections, NDT, major overhauls, and planned shutdowns).
  • Contribute to capital projects (refurbishments, capacity increases, new steam or turbine islands, and cogeneration) from conceptual design through to commissioning.
