Lead BBA’s Instrumentation and Controls department from Montreal, Mont-Saint-Hilaire, Quebec City, or Boisbriand. Apply engineering leadership across advanced fuels and chemicals. As Department Manager, you will guide engineers, designers, and specialists supporting hydrogen, biofuels, e-fuels, carbon capture, and industrial processes. You will oversee operational performance, technical excellence, talent development, and long-term growth for the I&C group. The position also contributes to client relationships, proposals, business development, and market positioning. Collaboration with project managers, discipline leads, sales teams, and market directors supports project delivery and sustainable backlog growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop instrumentation, controls, automation, and digital systems professionals
- Set priorities, objectives, workforce plans, and growth strategies
- Develop client relationships and qualify business opportunities
- Prepare proposals, estimates, presentations, and execution strategies
- Provide technical leadership in process control systems
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering
- Membership in the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec
- Ten to fifteen years of relevant experience
- Five years managing staff, technical teams, or projects
- Advanced French and intermediate English skills
