Shape BBA’s advanced fuels growth as an Engineering Manager specializing in instrumentation and controls. Work across Montréal-area and Québec locations. This regular Department Manager position leads a multidisciplinary I&C team serving hydrogen, biofuels, e-methanol, carbon capture, and chemical sectors. You will combine department management with technical direction, business development, client management, and proposal leadership. The work includes establishing departmental objectives, supporting strategic accounts, developing capture strategies, and maintaining quality and compliance. You will collaborate with technology providers, project managers, sales teams, and market directors while advancing BBA’s presence in industrial markets across Canada. Key Responsibilities:
Drive Advanced Fuels and Chemicals business growth Maintain relationships with clients and strategic partners Identify opportunities and support backlog growth Analyze RFPs and develop pricing strategies Guide technology selection and integration Requirements:
Electrical engineering degree and Québec engineering membership Ten to fifteen years in relevant consulting or industrial fields At least five years in management or equivalent leadership Proposal preparation, client management, and business development experience Knowledge of instrumentation and control design tools Bring entrepreneurial leadership, proposal expertise, and instrumentation knowledge to BBA’s expanding advanced fuels and chemicals practice.
