Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct ongoing resident assessments and treatments
- Administer medications and provide wound care
- Collaborate on care plans with residents and families
- Train and support Resident Care Aides
- Maintain accurate documentation for residents
Requirements:
- Registered with BCCNM in good standing
- Current CPR/First Aid and Food Safe certificates
- Graduate from an accredited LPN Program
- Experience in Long-Term Care is preferred
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
