As a Program Coordinator, you provide administrative support for Bayshore contracted and private pharmaceutical products and services. You complete billing, data management, verification, and referral activities while supporting patients, clinics, physicians, and nurses. The work also includes safety event reporting and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate administrative support for Direct Care programs
- Check incoming referrals for complete, accurate information
- Prepare billing support and reconcile production data
- Report safety events through required systems
- Maintain databases, spreadsheets, dashboards, and documentation
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education or equivalent
- Healthcare, pharmaceutical, finance, or pharmaceutical data experience is an asset
- Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Expert Microsoft Office knowledge and intermediate Excel skills
- Excellent English verbal and written skills
