Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive, specialized wound care during home visits
- Apply clinical skills across palliative and pediatric care
- Deliver intravenous therapy and chronic disease prevention teaching
- Teach and delegate tasks to staff and family members
- Travel throughout the branch service area for client visits
Requirements:
- Graduate from an accredited RPN or LPN nursing school
- Current good-standing registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Completion of a CNA-accredited SWAN Program
- Two years' wound care management experience in hospital or community
- Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current CPR certification
