As Director, Research & Development, you will lead Advanced Development, New Product Development, and Sustaining Engineering. The role unifies product development under one operating model while guiding innovative endovascular technologies toward commercialization. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Advanced Development, New Product Development, and Sustaining Engineering
- Develop R&D portfolio strategy and allocate resources
- Ensure design control excellence and accurate Design History Files
- Guide programs through technical decisions, risks, and trade-offs
- Build leadership capability across the R&D organization
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical discipline
- 10+ years of progressive product development experience
- Significant medical device leadership experience
- Knowledge of design controls, risk management, and ISO 13485
- Willingness to travel up to 25% internationally
