Ideal candidates will have experience in NICU or transport settings, working effectively to evaluate and implement therapeutic procedures. Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and implement respiratory care plans for patients
- Conduct invasive and noninvasive procedures with minimal oversight
- Utilize resources to improve patient outcomes effectively
- Manage patient care operations daily
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of respiratory therapy experience
- NICU or Transport background preferred
- Certification in ACLS, BLS, NRP is required
- Active Registered Respiratory Therapist license
- Associate's degree in respiratory therapy required
