The Registered Nurse in Pediatric Cardiac ICU plays a vital role in delivering patient-centered care within a fast-paced hospital environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Care for pediatric patients in critical recovery phases
- Monitor and document vital signs and assessments
- Identify changes in patient medical conditions proactively
- Respond swiftly to medical emergencies for critical patients
- Coordinate discharge planning and referrals effectively
Requirements:
- Active Registered Nurse license
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- 1 year of acute care experience in Peds ICU
- Associate's Degree in Nursing required
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
