As a Pharmacy Assistant at Baxter Healthcare Corporation, you will prepare pharmaceutical products within the manufacturing team. Your work includes picking batch components, sanitizing materials, completing inspections, and packaging shipments. You will communicate with Production Specialists, Pharmacists, and Supervisors while meeting production and compliance goals. Attention to detail and independent judgment are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick raw materials and components for cleanroom compounding
- Perform in-process checks for complete accuracy
- Sanitize components entering cleanrooms
- Inspect, label, and package finished products
- Coordinate pharmacy areas to meet delivery times
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- One to two years pharmaceutical manufacturing experience
- Knowledge of GMP and SOPs
- Strong communication, organization, and decision-making skills
- Ability to lift approximately 30 pounds regularly
