Lead Canadian supply chain planning from Laval, Quebec, using demand forecasting and inventory management to support reliable pharmaceutical product supply. This director provides strategic and operational leadership across Canada’s planning function. The scope includes demand, supply, inventory, production, S&OP, and IBP processes. You will lead planning teams at two manufacturing sites and guide Commercial Planning while connecting business, manufacturing, and supply execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Canadian demand planning and data-driven commercial forecasts
- Direct supply planning, inventory management, and production planning
- Own S&OP and IBP alignment across functions
- Improve planning metrics, systems, data quality, and processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, science, engineering, or business
- Ten years of relevant pharmaceutical, life sciences, or healthcare experience
- Multisite supply chain planning leadership experience
- Significant people leadership and organizational capability-building experience
- French and English communication skills with Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP proficiency
