Key Responsibilities:
- Act as leader on duty when scheduled
- Set daily direction and shift goals for associates
- Demonstrate selling behaviors and elevated product knowledge
- Complete opening, closing, shipment, and deposit routines
- Execute floorsets, windows, visual presentation, and marketing placement
Requirements:
- Consumer-first retail experience and selling culture skills
- Demonstrated sales, consumer experience, and operational results
- Effective communication, feedback, and quick adaptability
- Ability to coach and de-escalate situations
- High school diploma, GED, or relevant work experience
