As an Assistant Brand Experience Leader, you will partner with the Brand Experience Leader to develop associates and deliver consistent consumer experiences. You will help lead a consumer-first selling culture through coaching, product knowledge, personalized recommendations, and operational execution. The role includes leadership duties across opening, closing, coverage, and high-traffic periods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent
- Set performance expectations, goals, and associate accountability
- Act as leader on duty when scheduled
- Implement floorset direction and bring product stories to life
- Coach selling behaviors and create genuine consumer connections
Requirements:
- Prior leadership experience, preferably in retail
- Proven sales, consumer experience, and operational results
- Ability to coach associates in the moment
- Effective communication and adaptability
- High school diploma, GED, or relevant work experience
