Piel Canela - Barranco is hiring a full-time Line Cook. You'll run a station on a fast-paced line, hit our plating and timing standards on every ticket, and work as part of a tight BOH team through a full service.
- Previous line cook experience in a full-service kitchen
- Can work clean and fast on a busy station
- Solid knife skills and comfort with a full kitchen line
- Available evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Food handler's certification (or willing to obtain one)
