Barnhart seeks an experienced Non-Destructive Testing Inspector dedicated to safety and quality in crane operations across Alberta and British Columbia. This role involves conducting comprehensive inspections on various crane types, preparing inspection documentation, and providing technical expertise. Strong customer relationships and an extensive travel commitment are crucial to this field-based position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform MPI and visual inspections on cranes
- Conduct inspections following CSA Z150 standards
- Evaluate weld quality and structural integrity
- Prepare technical reports and inspection documentation
- Coordinate repair activities with maintenance teams
Requirements:
- CGSB Level II MPI certification
- CWB Visual 1 Welding Inspector certification
- Knowledge of CSA Z150 safety standards
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License
- Ability to travel extensively on field rotations
