Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Two to four years of accounting experience
- Understanding of journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations
- Month-end close experience and Excel proficiency
- Strong accuracy, communication, and prioritization skills
