Baptist Housing seeks a casual Resident Services Assistant to serve two Assisted Living and Independent Living communities. Reporting to the Resident Services Manager, you will act as a hospitality ambassador for residents, families, visitors, and the business office. Your responsibilities include onboarding, billing support, maintenance communication, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate resident onboarding, confidential files, lockers, parking, and keys
- Create documents and spreadsheets using Microsoft Word and Excel
- Record meal tickets and prepare monthly census reports
- Track and invoice housekeeping, meal, and utility charges
- Receive and communicate maintenance requests through Maintenance Care
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
- Knowledge of basic accounting and billing practices
- Highly detail-oriented organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
