Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care support, including grooming and bathing
- Assist with mobility and safe transferring techniques
- Monitor nutrition and hydration during meal service
- Report any changes in resident health to nursing staff
- Maintain accurate documentation and assist in care planning
Requirements:
- Graduate from a recognized Resident Care Assistant Program
- Current BC Care Aide & Community Health Worker Registry registration
- First Aid Level 1 certification is mandatory
- High school diploma is required
- Current Food Safe and WHMIS certifications
