As an Administrative Assistant with Baptist Housing, you will support the Administrator and broader team. You will manage office processes, maintain records, coordinate communications, and assist residents, families, and visitors. Your work also supports reporting, financial documentation, meetings, bookings, and prospective resident tours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare documents, correspondence, reports, invoices, and meeting materials
- Manage reception, phones, emails, and visitor greetings
- Coordinate meetings, bookings, and office logistics
- Process accounts payable and administrative reporting
- Assist prospective residents and families with community tours
Requirements:
- High school diploma required; Business Administration education is an asset
- One to two years' administrative, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred
- Proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple priorities
