Partner with Banyan Software’s Chief Operating Officer in Toronto, coordinating priorities, board materials, and confidential business activities. As Executive Assistant to the COO, you will support a broad leadership portfolio spanning People, Legal, Corporate IT, Communications, and technology operations. You will develop working knowledge of leadership-team OKRs, maintain progress visibility, and help move priorities forward without direct authority. The hybrid schedule requires office attendance Tuesday through Thursday. Key Responsibilities:
Maintain visibility into OKRs, initiatives, and delivery risks Connect functional leaders across overlapping workstreams and dependencies Coordinate agendas, pre-reads, materials, and communications Manage complex travel, calendars, meetings, and expense reporting Liaise professionally with executives, employees, board members, and partners Requirements:
Five or more years of C-level administrative support Experience supporting board meetings and quarterly business reviews Strong written, interpersonal, and executive communication skills Comfort making decisions autonomously within agreed guardrails Integrity, accountability, diplomacy, and calm under pressure Use proactive judgment and cross-functional coordination to keep the COO prepared, informed, and focused on critical priorities.
