As a Financial Services Representative in Investments, you will support Financial Planners and participate in client business development. Key Responsibilities:
- Optimize technical, administrative, and operational client transaction interactions
- Detect opportunities and refer clients to appropriate specialists
- Propose transaction and investment solutions when required
- Support Financial Planners with data analysis and complex files
- Maintain compliance and risk management requirements
Requirements:
- High school diploma plus three relevant years, or college diploma plus one
- Mutual Fund Representative license, or certification within three months
- Customer service experience and interest in business development
- Administrative support and investment transaction processing experience
- French, digital proficiency, organization, and basic investment knowledge
