Working with 801 Wealth, you will support an investment advisor and serve high-net-worth clients. This role requires client-focused communication, portfolio administration, Microsoft Office proficiency, and careful compliance. You will contribute to onboarding, meetings, routine transactions, and responsive service within National Bank Financial Wealth Management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to ad-hoc client requests
- Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and currency conversions
- Own the client onboarding experience
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and create portfolio reports
- Follow compliance and risk management rules
Requirements:
- Related college or university diploma
- Two years of relevant financial industry experience
- Completed Canadian Investment Regulatory Exam or recognized equivalent
- Excellent Microsoft Office knowledge
- High-net-worth investment client experience is an asset
