This Law Clerk role supports multiple counsel with complex portfolios and varied legal services. You will conduct case research, prepare legal documents, coordinate government filings, and maintain corporate records. The position also involves correspondence, reporting, timelines, action plans, and budget monitoring. You will build relationships with business groups, advise on standard processes, and help ensure compliance with internal procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct case research and compile information for reporting
- Draft legal documents, reports, and correspondence
- Coordinate and monitor government filing processes
- Maintain corporate records, registrations, and databases
- Support meetings, projects, timelines, and action plans
Requirements:
- Post-secondary degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Typically less than five years of relevant experience
- Specialized knowledge from education or business experience
- In-depth verbal and written communication skills
