This rotational position supports Treasury management solutions for corporate, commercial, and business banking clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform production support, data entry, and verification activities
- Repair, verify, authorize, and release electronic payments
- Process manual payments, accounting entries, and EFT files
- Monitor queues, workflow, and same-day wire investigations
- Maintain accurate logs, records, metrics, and payment documentation
Requirements:
- Three to five years' financial institution operations experience
- Post-secondary education or equivalent experience exceeding five years
- Knowledge of payment processes and Canadian clearing systems
- Proficiency with Excel, Word, and keyboarding
- Availability for shifts, statutory holidays, and weekends
