You work directly with clients, execute client-initiated trades, manage account activity, and help deliver responsive investment-related service. Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Investment Advisors on daily advisory practice management
- Build trusted client relationships for investment and account needs
- Execute client-initiated trades by phone or in person
- Coordinate portfolio reviews, materials, meetings, and follow-up
- Maintain accounts, documentation, transfers, and money movements
Requirements:
- Current Investment Representative licensing with CIRO
- Typically three to five years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of investment products and trade processing
- Understanding of wealth management regulatory requirements
- Strong organization, communication, and relationship-building skills
