Key Responsibilities:
- Support Investment Advisors, teams, and branch operations administratively
- Schedule portfolio reviews, client calls, and prospect meetings
- Process account updates, transfers, trades, and money movement
- Coordinate marketing activities and client recognition events
- Resolve complaints and escalate issues when required
Requirements:
- Three to five years of relevant experience or certification
- Advanced knowledge of investment and administrative processes
- Knowledge of compliance practices, regulations, and trade processing
- Required licensing and certification for the applicable jurisdiction
