As Assistant General Manager, you will manage venue areas with the General Manager and support Banff Hospitality Collective's restaurant operations. You will oversee employees, collaborate with culinary and executive teams, and help deliver the venue's brand promise. The work includes inventory, ordering, financial administration, guest service, and cost control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee venue areas and make timely operational decisions
- Maintain floor presence throughout assigned shifts
- Control food, beverage, supply, utility, and labor costs
- Ensure accurate financial, payroll, invoicing, and reporting administration
- Champion brand standards, guest service, cleanliness, and team culture
Requirements:
- Two or more years of food and beverage experience
- Supervisory or management experience is a strong asset
- Required ProServe certification
- Availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication, technology, collaboration, and relationship-building skills
