At Air Liquide, we RESPECT, HONOR and VALUE diversity.# **Air Liquide is hiring a P&D Driver** * This position is located in Varennes. **Job Description:** The P&D (Pick-up and Delivery) driver is responsible for the safe and efficient collection and delivery of goods for Air Liquide IT SA, in compliance with deadlines and traffic regulations. **Job Responsibilities:** \\* Drive a commercial vehicle safely and professionally.\\* Load and unload goods using the appropriate equipment and following safety procedures.\\* Inspect the vehicle before and after each trip to ensure it is in good working order and report any issues.\\* Verify delivery manifests, purchase orders, and other documents to ensure the accuracy of shipments.\\* Communicate effectively with customers, warehouse staff, and customer service.\\* Maintain an accurate logbook of hours worked, trips taken, and vehicle maintenance.\\* Comply with all traffic laws, transportation regulations, and company policies.\\* Ensure the safety of transported goods and prevent loss or damage.\\* Represent Air Liquide IT SA professionally to customers and the public. ## \\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_## ## Are you a MATCH?**Job Qualifications:** \\* Valid Class 3 driver's license (or equivalent) with an excellent driving record.\\* At least two (2) years of experience driving commercial vehicles for pickup and delivery.\\* Ability to lift heavy loads (up to 50 lb) and perform repetitive physical tasks.\\* Good knowledge of local geography and delivery routes.\\* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.\\* Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written.\\* Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to safety.\\* Fluency in French (spoken and written); English is a plus.\\* Flexibility to work variable hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
