Lead private enterprise assurance engagements in Dartmouth with CPA expertise, financial analysis, and client-focused project management. Work Monday to Friday in a permanent, full-time position. As Private Enterprise Manager at Baker Tilly, you will collaborate with Partners and Assurance professionals across Review, Compilation, White Paper, and Tax engagements. You will analyze financial information, review tax returns and financial statements, and support planning through completion. The position also includes mentoring professionals, managing engagement progress, and consulting with clients. Key Responsibilities:
Plan and complete Review, Compilation, White Paper, and Tax engagements Analyze financial information, accounting processes, and operating procedures Review reconciliations, adjusting entries, tax returns, and financial statements Manage engagement progress and communicate expectations and updates Coach professionals and facilitate Assurance team training Requirements:
Accounting degree or diploma, or equivalent field Required CPA designation At least four years of Assurance experience Private enterprise experience in a professional services firm Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and project management skills Bring CPA knowledge, assurance leadership, and attentive client service to Baker Tilly’s private enterprise team in Dartmouth.
