Qualifications
- Valid registration and good standing with the provincial physiotherapy regulatory college (e.g., College of Physiotherapists of Ontario).
- Demonstrated skills in musculoskeletal assessment, treatment planning, and delivery of evidence-informed physiotherapy interventions.
- Experience working with workplace, automobile, and sports-related injuries, including functional rehabilitation and return-to-activity planning.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse clients, collaborate with team members, and provide clear education and guidance.
- Effective time management, caseload organization, and documentation skills, including familiarity with electronic medical records.
- Commitment to ethical, inclusive, and patient-centered practice, with sensitivity to individuals from varied backgrounds and abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a busy clinical environment while contributing positively to a multidisciplinary team.
