Drive defence technology sales across Central and Eastern Europe from Poland remotely, using market development and government procurement expertise. As Dedrone’s Account Executive, you will develop revenue across Defence, National Security, Public Safety, and Critical Infrastructure markets. You will create country-specific go-to-market strategies, build government relationships, and advance opportunities through tenders, trials, demonstrations, and contract awards. The work supports Dedrone’s counter-UAS command-and-control solutions within Axon. Key Responsibilities:
Own market development, sales planning, and regional revenue growth Develop country-specific go-to-market strategies for CEE markets Build relationships with ministries, armed forces, and security agencies Navigate procurement processes from engagement through contract award Represent Dedrone at regional defence and security events Requirements:
Track record in technology sales or business development Knowledge of Central and Eastern European markets Experience with government procurement, tenders, trials, and programmes Strong negotiation, networking, and commercial judgement skills Professional English and fluency in a CEE language Apply your defence sales, procurement, and relationship-building expertise to expand Dedrone’s regional security business from Poland.
