As an Account Manager, you will support customers and Account Executives through commercial insurance administration. The work includes claims handling, policy documentation, invoices, endorsements, and account correspondence. You will also manage Accounts Receivable lists, expiration lists, and bordereaux.
Key Responsibilities:
- Issue invoices, endorsements, Cover Notes, and financing contracts
- Report claims to insurers and update clients on status
- Manage account correspondence, policies, contracts, and renewals
- Work Accounts Receivable lists and maintain expiration lists
- Prepare monthly bordereaux for markets and associations
Requirements:
- Minimum two to three years of commercial insurance experience
- General Insurance Agent Level 2 provincial license
- Level 1 license accepted with commensurate experience or pursuit
- CAIB, CIP, CRM, or other insurance designation considered an asset
- EPIC broker management system experience considered an asset
