Drive construction operations for Axiom Builders in Victoria, combining project scheduling, client relationships, procurement, and field leadership. This General Superintendent oversees high-rise concrete and wood-frame projects representing close to 1,000 units. You will work with the VP, Construction, Directors, Site Superintendents, and Project Managers. Your responsibilities span site setup, sequencing, resources, quality, compliance, and issue resolution. Key Responsibilities:
Develop effective relationships with clients and resolve project issues Create site setups, safety plans, schedules, and activity sequencing Ensure approved plans, specifications, codes, and quality standards Support procurement negotiations, awards, and subcontractor coordination Allocate support efficiently across projects and site teams Requirements:
Six to eight years supervising for a general contractor Project experience spanning wood-frame and high-rise construction Comfort using Procore, BlueBeam, StruxHub, and MS Projects Ability to build client and external stakeholder relationships Proven problem-solving and independent team decision-making skills Apply construction operations expertise, scheduling discipline, technology use, and stakeholder management across Axiom Builders’ Victoria portfolio.
