We are part of a premier network of luxury automobile dealerships as well as 3 state of the art collision centres in the Greater Toronto Area. Job Purpose: The Body Shop Estimator must have the experience necessary to provide our customers with optimal service.
Job Duties:
- Assess structural components of a vehicle
- Adhere to and apply insurance guidelines
- Work with Body Technicians through the dismantle process
- Provide accurate pricing and quotes for all vehicles
- Maintain communication with customers and be available to answer questions throughout the repair process
- Effectively manage multiple repairs simultaneously
- Implement an effective quality check process by inspecting repaired vehicles and ensuring the repair is up to standard
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role or automotive position
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to effectively manage time, meet deadlines and complete all assigned tasks
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Sound understanding of all automotive functionalities
- Must have experience with Mitchell or Audatex
